These Community Guidelines outline the standards we expect from everyone who uses our platform or attends our events. By participating in Haven, you agree to follow these principles to help maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all.

3. Keep It Safe

Your safety and that of others is our top priority.
Do not share personal information such as addresses, bank details, or passwords publicly.
Report suspicious behavior or policy violations immediately at support@joinhaven.in.

4. Respect Privacy

Do not share screenshots, messages, or event photos of others without their explicit consent.
Respect the confidentiality of conversations and experiences shared at events.
Everyone deserves to feel secure in the Haven space.

5. Keep Interactions Positive

Approach every interaction with openness and respect.
Avoid topics or jokes that may make others uncomfortable such as politics, religion, or appearance.
Encourage, listen, and contribute positively to conversations.

6. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Abuse

Haven enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, stalking, or sexual misconduct.
Any reported incident will be reviewed promptly and may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
In serious cases, local authorities may be notified to ensure community safety.

7. Event Etiquette

Arrive on time and respect the structure of the event.
Listen when others speak, conversations thrive on mutual respect.
Follow the guidance of Haven hosts and event organizers at all times.
Respect venue staff and maintain decorum throughout the event.

8. Responsible Content Sharing

Only post or upload content that aligns with Haven’s mission, meaningful connection and positivity.
No explicit, violent, hateful, or promotional content.
Haven reserves the right to remove any content that violates our values or community standards.

9. Reporting and Accountability

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately via report@joinhaven.in or through the Haven app. Our Trust & Safety Team will handle all reports discreetly and fairly.

10. Continuous Improvement

We’re always evolving. These guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect new community insights, event formats, or safety measures. Continued participation in Haven means you accept and agree to the latest version of these guidelines.
